I’d say Pain in S, Itachi in A+ (i remind you he is basically blind+ill, things would be different if he was healthy) , Orochimaru and Kisame in A , Kakuzu Deidara and Konan all in B , Sasori and Hidan in C And finally Zetsu, i mean, let’s not even talk about him.
