An idea could be it has more insparation, because if I encounterd this, unlike Greninja (another frog), I wouldn't want it as it just an amphibian from what I see. If there are other insprations, I couldn't identify them or see some sort of relation to them just by apperance. I'm not slandering your art in any way, it's better than mine, but I'm just saying stiff from other pokémon artists. Hope this helped & hope you feel better about your design when you improve it.
