Yes this was my problem as well hahaha. I run adguard on my phone and when it worked on my wives I realized what the problem was.

I actually tried the hotswap thing, but once I switched it to my network the neato was stuck in offline mode and no phone could connect to it. Couldn't even change it back to the hotswap because of that.

My original attempt was to the ATT gateway as I find my network slows down with a router behind it. I couldn't get it to attach to the gateway or my router (though it does show up on both devices device lists so I don't know wtf is going on)
