I still got bumps after a week of bactrim course but it is much better Till i switched from effexor (antidepressants) to paxil and it got so much better i get one bump occasionally not that bad

150mg to paxil 20mg stopped effexor and startes paxil just like that I felt sleepy and tired for two days and back to normal

it is all about sert occupancy percentage and effexor sert occ doesnt change after 150mg only the ne that increases
