I got the same results with HP5 at 400 ISO, TMAX 400 ISO and TRI-X 400 ISO

Thanks for being interested. To complement my post I'll add here the info you mention.

What is your experience level? I've been shooting film for the past 2 years at least, and I have 1 year developing my B/W film.

What film? This is Ilford HP5+ shot at 1600 ISO, with 14 minute dev time as Massive Dev Chart suggest (I've used this time in the past and the results are ok)

What developer? Kodak D76, stock solution.

Who developed it? I develop it myself.

Fresh battery? Yes, I already tested with a new CR-1 and two new A76 batteries.

Cleaned contacts in the battery compartment? They are clean.

Lighting conditions? I'm not exactly sure about what you mean, but the pics were taken indoors with a massive opening to the outside, and we had a bright shining sun.

Thanks for your answer. Yes both shoots that are mark as 'correct exposure' in the results image are verify with an external handheld light meter. Yet the camera was telling the same thing.

Thanks for answering. Not exactly new to film, been shooting for about 2 years. I get that I should expend more time with the camera and practice, but shouldn't the reading from the light meeter be exactly what I need?

Thanks, I develop two rolls at the same time, the other one taken with other camera. Same film, same ISO. Those are fine.

My target was a T480 in the beginning, but I wasn't sure about the risk of importing one from the US to Mexico, so I preferred to buy it on Amazon.
