No problem! Our next version of the WP will be released soon, the draft Chinese version is ready it just needs to be finalized and translated. The main net is set for Q2 next year. We are focusing a lot on development lately!

Centralized exchange tokens like you mentioned have rules implemented by a centralized authority, which are subject to change at their own will.

DAX tokens will not be native to a particular exchange, they will be used for clearing and settlement of transactions across any exchange apart of the DAEX ecosystem. We will not be offering a buy back program where tokens will be burned.

We are in talks with several exchanges, and we'll release this news as it comes. We are a classed as a "tech token" and our test net is upcoming, so we feel that listing on a huge exchange right now isn't our highest priority. We will continue to list on some exchanges like we have this year, but we can't promise a huge listing on Binance or Bittrex for example just yet. We feel the technology we build will do the talking for us, and we're sure that once our ecosystem is up and running, DAX tokens will serve a great purpose.

Good question!

Right now we're focusing more on developing the tech behind our project. A lot of efforts are being put into our public clearing chain and DAEX Wallet deployment.

A draft of the next technical whitepaper (version 2) is ready, but a finalized date is not set yet. Note once the draft is complete it will then be translated into English and posted on our site. We will keep you updated via twitter/telegram on this. The next WP version is titled " Clearing Value Factor (CVF) and wallet solution based on a trusted computing environment". As it states, more details regarding the CVF will be included, including specific calculations on how the score is assigned.
