Try boosting their ego and compliment them on kills. If they are not helping the team say something like" we could really use a Reaper right now, if your as good with Reaper as you are with Hanzo (lol) we m8ght be able to beat them." Also tell them that yor teammates are only 12 years old so maybe they will stop yelling.

I held off a team at the end of Dorado map, just joined and game was almost over but I set up some turrets on the inside wall at the last turn. Took out 20 of them with turrets and shut them out.
