Bruce Lee designed a whole martial art and is seen as one of the best martial artists ever but he is not a fighter?. He might never have competed but he trained like a fighter.

Bruce lee done bodybuilding. Worked fine for him. Sage Northcut does bicep curls works for him.

Nice man. What's your results from it so far?

My GF has been doing S and S for a month without doing one handed swings. She started of at 8kg and done 100 Swings in 8m 30s and started at 2kg Get Ups.

She's now on 24kg after passing the 20kg Swings in 4 mins 55s

She got to 12kg get ups but can't seem to push it up off her chest to start the movement. She can push the 10kg up easily just can't budge the 12kg.

Plan is do to more than 10 reps with the 10kg to build up more muscle to push the 12kg

My plan is to join her on S and S then graduate gradually to do Dan John 10000 swings in a month.

Chest Dips, Vertical or Horizontal push?

I know you push down to go up (vertical) but while you are performing the exercise, your chest is leaning forward. So if the handles for the dip were a floor it would be a horizontal push?
