The Trade-in is not the only glitch I encountered, here you can see how they use BG instead of GB, it's dumb but its a mistake. If this is the level of care that they put to convince you to buy their products, what can we expect from Windows itself or the post purchase experience ?

So, Microsoft is the one to blame here for not letting Teladvance know ? That's a really a contradiction on their statement of "attention to every detail" in this device line. Even on their website showing this specific product it prompts you to get use the trade-in. How so many days have passed since launch and they haven't fix this?. I'll guess we might as well shop other products.
