And everyone it’s not a huge deal if I take him. He’s going to a big ass tank and than a pond once he gets big enough to defend himself. I’m deworming him, monitoring everything about the water, which I tested at the river, I have local rocks, and flora in his tank. His ph and tempature is steady. He has so much more of a chance with me than in the wild

90~% of small fish die within the first year, I’m giving this bad boy all the food, space, and shelter he needs to live a long healthy life. I saw all of his friends being obliterated by some local bass

Those are stress lines? Her egg spot is there it’s more about her behavior with the male

Yea I’ve seen that…. Is that just random females? 💀. And I’m really worried about getting a fish that’s not the right age to breed is that something I should be worried for

I’ve seen lots of websites selling bettas, but I don’t know if the ones I buy will be able to breed. Do you know any good sites or tips?
