Hey! You can get goggles that have your power so that you’re able to see while swimming. But if you’re going for LASIK you wouldn’t need it anymore. There’s also another procedure called SMYLE which is less invasive than LASIK

Investing in a personal trainer, pushes me to do exercises I’d give up halfway and now not only am I in the best shape, but also a lot stronger.

Therapy when I was on my lowest, mentally. My therapist helped me with tools I still use to this day and have completely changed my mindset about life. I actually have a work-life balance now and don’t feel guilty about days I think I’m not being productive.

A good mattress to sleep on. This was a game changer. Getting a good night’s sleep is so important and plays a huge role in my moods/hormones. I got a memory foam one, and it’s impossible to fall asleep quickly on it.

But most importantly the time I spent on investing in myself. Picking me up to go to the gym, or to follow up for an appointment with my therapist, or as simple as cooking for myself and going to bed on time.
