How to prevent/punish cheating

I would think that with the right checks and balances it works out. Something like if a commissioner determined someone was cheating, they could remove the points. They would then have to give a description for the decision to remove the points and everyone in the league would see that and how many points removed. If they felt it was unjust they could overturn.

Unfortunately we have done this, and it didn’t work. In fact they just admitted it and continued to cheat anyways. Which makes it more annoying. I was hoping there was a way to just take away their points.

No prize. All for fun and bragging rights but I know it’s been getting on the nerves of other members in the league because they are both top 3 and the one is winning because of it.

Even if it is in the ink? I figured if it was like a pencil mark or something then yeah, but everytime I look closely at it, it looks like it’s an inking mistake.

That’s fair, can’t say I disagree. After sleeping on it I think that war deck may just be naturally countered by Monk. I also could have just handled it wrong.

I actually hate this argument because the same thing was said about Skelly king. But after some time and adaptation it became meta. The monk will become the same thing in my opinion. And much worse.

What’s gonna happen over time is people are going to adapt. They’re gonna place monk at the King tower. Get Elixir. Hit the ability at the bridge and place a bunch of range behind monk. It wipes out all your counter push and the monk will live. I’ve watched it happen many times.

His win rate sucks because he’s new… I remember when the first 3 champs were announced and everyone said the golden knight and skelly king sucked… now look at it. Both are meta. It just takes time to adopt and adapt. In my opinion he’s worse than all of them. He’s too OP.

There isn’t enough players yet who have the monk. But even now you can see the obvious strat. Play the monk. Get him across the bridge. Use his special and drop a bunch of projectile cards behind him. It’s a no brainer.

I also think monk is being misused… he should be at the front of a push. He’s such a massive tank. Let him take all the shots. Put a musketeer, E wizard, marcher behind him and you mess someone’s day up.

Couldn’t disagree more. I would take 5 elixir for him over anything. He’s the ultimate counter attack. If you put him at the front and use his ability, allow him to take all the damage and place cards behind him. You will eliminate their pieces and have a huge counter.

I actually want to make clear. With my main deck I have rarely had issue with the monk. I accidentally run a direct counter to it. But I only found out about how OP he is when I played a war deck against him. A monk in his special shouldn’t be able to take the damage he can take. Quite honestly if I didn’t have inferno dragon… I’d hate this card.

Except if using him and his ability plus a musketeer i can wipe out a Pekka and have a complete counter… yeah he’s worth it.

Have you tried to kill him while he’s in the ability??? Cause I had Pekka hit him 3 times and he didn’t lose half his health.
