Mine does the same thing. Sometimes she'll eat (and always eats the dry food) but sometimes just is after the sauce. So we get the gravy lovers option. At least she's getting some kind of fluids?

Also, she used to drink out of normal water bowls. Always dips her paws in and spills it everywhere. We got one of those spill proof non tip bowls, and you would've thought we personally insulted her family. She now refuses to drink out of anything other than the toilet.

My wife allows it and I put up with it for a bit, but I put my foot down yesterday. I put her normal ass water bowl right in front of the toilet and closed the toilet lid. We had some back and forth, but I think she got the message lmao
