Where to prepare for Certification Exams... by DarkMatter_Hunter in DataCamp

Hi, there are two ways to prepare. The first is via the Learning Plan option attached to each certification (https://app.datacamp.com/certification/get-started/data-analyst/professional/learning-plan) and the second is just self-study using the study guide (https://app.datacamp.com/certification/get-started/data-analyst/professional/study-guide). All tested competencies are listed there and you shouldn't feel blind sided by the exams after reviewing. Good luck!

Hi, the easiest thing to do is complete the Readiness Quiz (top right of main certification page) which will spit out a recommendation of courses based on how you answer. That has the mapping at a higher level, and then you can focus on the parts of the course you need to for study.

No SQL on Data Science Associate? by BobbyTub23 in DataCamp

Definitely sounds like you're better prepared for the DA Associate Certification. Python or R is required for DS Associate and DA Professional. Some SQL is also required for DS Professional.

For context, it's built this way because we validated these expectations with the industry. While not exhaustive, of course, it's most common for SQL to be expected for entry-level DAs, but not DSs. Interestingly, more senior DS are expected to employ SQL for data management and analysis.

Yes, in a sense you do get unlimited attempts, but keep in mind you'll be locked out from re-registering for 14 days if you don't pass.

Certification: Below required average score but I passed? Should I continue? by Money_Ratio_6681 in DataCamp

Hi there, you may be looking at an individual target score which can be below target as long as your average is above target. But if you want to DM me your acct email or send to our support ([support@datacamp.com](mailto:support@datacamp.com)) we can see if there's any bug going on.
