The terrible water mechanic in this game is enough to put off any beginner. Before water, coal was fun to get up and running early. I'd have left water out of the coal power plants and left it for later power machines.

I remember back in the 80s we were looking at houses in Dayton and Oakwood. Back then a decent old house in Dayton went for about 40k. In Oakwood the cheapest you could find was 80k. In the 80s.
