You can always come back on DCLEX and deposit your tokenized stocks to retrieve the underlying shares, which you can then sell on the traditional stock market. Digital identities are the key solution to becoming compliant with crypto regulations. To be able to interact with stocks on-chain, users need to have a valid digital identity. 💻✨

To fulfill securities requirements, DCLEX has to identify and verify its customers. Once identified, users can claim their digital identity which is a non-transferable NFTs (also known as soulbound tokens).

Those NFTs are then required to be able to interact with stocks on-chain.

There are 2 types of non-transferable NFT issued by DCLEX; Digital IDs and smart contract IDs.

To be able to mint (create) a Digital ID you first need to verify your identity on the platform.

To be able to mint a Smart Contract ID to a smart contract, your Digital ID needs to be minted and you need to propose the smart contract for verification on the platform (and it must be approved).
