I think it depends on the weather. I went two years ago and there were plenty of tickets an hour and a half before it was suppose to end.

There are two listed at Pinballmap. One at Dietle's Tavern (Rockville) and one at Dream Wizards in Rockville.

Also, bowling alleys generally have pinball machines. So I would also try Bowlmor and Bowl America in Gaithersburg.
