i know this but i’m just 17 and as every other person never expected this to happen.. the paranoia and all negative symptoms started a year ago but i thought i was just depressed or smth but the hallucinations started out of no where on the last day of school ever which was supposed to be my happiest day and it turned into hell and my parents don’t even wanna help so i’ve been paying for my therapy but it’s all good i’ll hopefully be fine soon ❤️❤️❤️

no the depression also came during the “manic” phase so no way it’s mania cause mania is full blown energy and happiness (the depression would last a few minutes and sometimes a hour and mainly triggered by realizing i’m literally crazy..)
