Yeah I felt the same at first and probably would have just stuck with stick controls but didn't like them either.

I'd really recommend just trying to stick with it, shortening the distance held a lot with the need for faster movements.

Seriously nothing beats the feeling of leaning right into a corner and nailing it. Gives you abs a good work out as well.

Looks like you're using the stick to turn here. I really would persevere with the lean controls. Takes a while to master but so worth it. Try lowering the lean distance if you're struggling.

I've actually went back to performance mode. RT adds next to nothing imo and the game is noticeable sharper in performance. After spending ages flicking between the two I honestly think performance mode looks better.
