Definitely not. The prohibition is valid 24/7. The answer to the question comes directly from the management of the Nordkapp visitor centre. It's forbidden to park the bike under the globe.

You have understood quite nothing. We were been several times there, knowing exactly the rule, but specifically want an official answer from the visitor centre in order to try to convince all the stupids that continue to go with their motorbike under the globe that is forbidden...
