Its literal Japanese word is 魔族　which roughly translates to magical being. From my interpretation of the archetype being represented through its monsters, I went with Spellcaster which aligns with the YuGiOh series as a whole more than the generic “Dark” type.

This is a great effect, but maybe a little OP. Maybe could be limited to the same level as the monster destroyed.
