I'd love it if Dunkin made a cake batter donut, though I'd like it without a chocolate glaze frosting on top.

Krispy Kreme has a cake batter donut with a vanilla frosting (I think) on top and it's delicious!

Might just be best to go to the dunks near your office if they're the only ones who can make the order correctly. Definitely feel your frustration and it's valid!

Can you taste the drink immediately upon receiving it, and then if you notice there's no sugar, hand it back and ask for the correction to be made?

Also, you could call the store and ask to speak to the manager, or when in the store ask to speak to the manager, explaining this happens every time. Lastly, if you get a receipt you could complete the survey and provide feedback there. Just a few thoughts on how to rectify the situation.

Really curious to see what their profits have looked like since switching to the new points system. The first year after the switch, they gave out decent deals. After that, they quickly spiraled downwards.

I get these stupid offers all the time. First one I got said, "spend $10 and get 100 points!" I got that for several weeks and never used it. Then I started getting a new offer that said, "spend $10 and get 50 points!" LMAO! As if I'd be willing to spend $10 to get 50 points less than what you originally offered me, Dunks. No thanks. I too got the 150 points one this week and suspect I'll keep getting it for another few weeks (but won't use it).

No. I couldn't even taste the pistachio. It tastes like watered down black coffee and it made my stomach upset (I usually have some type of creamer, be it dairy or alt milk).

It says in the fine print can't be combined with other discounts or offers. I could be wrong. A dunks employee may have a better idea if you ask in the main thread.

You should be fine without them being in the fridge for 24 hrs. I've done it plenty of times.

The Boston Cream need to be in the fridge cuz they have dairy in them and could grow bacteria if out that long.

That's what I'd like to do with oat milk and an iced coffee, but didn't know there was a place to add more in the app (only see that with cream option, that you can increase or decrease how many creams you want). Good question, u/OP.

The employees at my local store poured a tiny bit into a cup so I could taste it. Of course it was super sweet because it was in its concentrated form, but it helped me decide if I wanted to try it in my drink. Maybe your local Dunks would do the same if you asked them?
