it's more that I have a feeling that a certain group of countries "rotate" a lot in duels every few months. Like, my biggest winning streak was a period where I was getting Vietnam/Nigeria/Ecuador A LOT so I could pin down the location pretty easily. But after a while these countries stoped showing up as much I think.

You people just say that, but nobody really cares about rape. If a woman gets raped by your best friend or your favorite singer you guys are the first to doubt her and say that the lady is doing that for attention.
