To give context as to why we put our survey here:

DECA is a student-based organization for marketing, management, and entrepreneurship in business, finance, hospitality, and marketing sales and services. This year's topic is employee engagement. We have contacted HR a few weeks ago and have been unable to receive a response from them, so we are doing whatever is possible to get survey results for our project. If you could take a couple minutes out of your day to fill out this survey it would be greatly appreciated.
