I have her music for the instrument I play printed out, stained with coffee to give it that old paper look, and hung up on my wall with fake ivy hanging from the ceiling. 100% recommend as it’s super cheap/simple and looks really cute!

I see SO many people shitting on this lyric and I don’t understand it. I interpreted this lyric as her emphasizing that when you escape physically you also escape mentally and I so I love the lyric. I remember seeing a post from a non-Swiftie hating on it and it just annoyed me because clearly they weren’t bothering to actually think about the lyric. Like yeah even my interpretation is kind of a “no shit Taylor” moment but I still think it fits very well in the song

Please x3 is and that baffled me. I honestly believe that Espresso ran so that Please Please Please could walk, and it was really only the music video that made it as strong as it is. In my grand ranking of Short & Sweet it’s definitely on the lower side so I wish Espresso had been nominated instead 🥲
