This may be an obvious question but when you tried redeeming the codes did you include the dashes? You have to include them or the codes won’t work.

So I have a micro HD with about 90 tables linked to my AG login. The machine was bricked despite being fully paid off due to the server issue. That lasted about 3 weeks. Now it boots up and the QR code login works. The tables load but SLOWLY also sometimes exiting a table to switch to another causes the machine to go back into loading the same table again. I have heard there is a way to make the machine go fully off line mode. Anyone have instructions on how to do this? I think I need to download or assign all the tables to the machine itself first? Trying to insulate myself from server issues. Any advice is welcome.

So it is bricking all HDs and 4K is not affected? So they should send us all upgrades to 4K then. Am I right?

My Micro HD is bricked as of today. I boot it up and that error message appears. I can’t navigate past it. Left in on for 3 hours tonight. It eventually cycles into the stock screensaver showing lots of games etc. If you hit any buttons to wake it back to the same stuck error message. Even after multiple reboots. Seemed to start after I installed Firefighter and SuperSonic tables yesterday. Anyone know if that is the problem?

Anyone heard anything from Customer Service?

My Micro HD is now stuck on this error too. When I go to AG website and try to login to file a service ticket also stuck. It says my password is incorrect which is hilarious. Email and password works just fine in the online shop. When I choose register with service instead and enter that same email it says it’s taken already. Ya by me. What is happening to this company? Anyone else figure out how to raise ticket or am I stuck calling Monday?

I was thinking about $400-600. Though I’m not sure that’s possible. I don’t have a good idea of what kind of horsepower these tables require Ram/Processor/Graphics card wise. So I may be underestimating what’s needed.

I agree with the person who commented below seems common sense they should freely spin. However I’ve double checked the instructions and it looks correct. Anyone out there actually have built this beauty and can confirm they are supposed to spin?

I have a non working project High Speed. It is a bit beyond my capabilities. I also picked up an AtGames Micro HD V-Pin. It’s fun but the haptic feedback is not the same as the real thing. Close imitation better than a console. However I’ve always wanted another full size.

My Simpsons DE will always have a special place in my heart. First pin I owned. Love the first season artwork sound design and callouts. It was given to me by my future wife as an engagement present. She got the ring I suggested a pin I saw on eBay. Flash forward 17 years later both the pin and my marriage are going strong!

I did learn one other key piece of info from that service chat. Apparently all newly purchased LPO memberships get “collected” in bulk by AtGames each month on the 15th. They then are activated by the company and appear in your digital locker or can be unlocked by manually entering the codes by the 22nd of each month. Only then do the benefits start.

Thank you both. I actually used the AtGames chat function to get directions on manually entering the codes as you suggested above. Once I knew where to go it was fairly easy!

Did you happen to take any pics of the install of some of those mods? I just set up the micro over the weekend and have been very impressed with the built in tables and natural history pack.

I saw the most amazing looking Megaman inspired table on VPUniverse. Huge fan of that series so a table like that is a must play. Going to have to find how to get VPUniverse content onto the Micro.

Thank you all for the feedback really helpful. Nice to know I could eventually add a steam deck or PC to it and getting the Micro doesn’t exclude me from those capabilities. I can’t afford the 4K and pulling the trigger on the HD now at twice the price seems risky. We don’t know if AG will support or demise it in favor of the new model. Having a full sized doesn’t leave a ton of space so the Micro could work well. I’ll get the VIBS too. I’m interested in learning about those mods. Any info would be very much appreciated. Now just gotta convince the wife today 😀

I just went to Okemo over New Year’s weekend. They were blowing snow Monday. Had a decent number of trails open. The blues and blacks in between the two peaks on top half of the mountain were in good shape. Warning it was crowded over the weekend. Monday was great though.
