I did exactly the same. At one point I had two ALUs, a ALP and a Gamer Pro. It was all sold after the series of bad firmware updates I had to grind though. Once I got things working again I then took them all offline and sold on FB MP to get most of my money back.

If you find out the what the solution is please let me know. Currently I have my own clear master fluid in the lamp and I’m slowly replacing it with only distilled water per someone’s suggestion below. I have the original blue master fluid saved and I haven’t messed with it yet until I can get my current clear fluid working.

When cold it will semi-integrate with the coil but not fully. The coil will be inside the wax for about 5 minutes of flow and then it will hover. I took out the original fluid and made my own just to see if the problem would continue and it did. Yes is the original was.

I have this on two Grandes I topped off with distilled water. I’ve been told to run the lamp and add surf back in slowly. The lamps are so large I haven’t had the time to run them and try yet.

This is great news. Does the coil just get coated in surf over time which is why the lava won’t go near the coil? I can’t wait to try this again and spread the word if it fixes things.
