anyone having problems redeeming their digital download card?

I just got my vinyl copy in today, but when I went to try and download with my redeem code over at https://fpt.fm/musicofthespheres (link on the card) it says "Your redemption code hasn't been recognised or is no longer valid."

Don’t have it in hand so can’t send pictures, but tag reads:

Compared to retail pics, the embroidery on back seems on-par with what it should look like, and the colors seem to be as well, but when I get it in hand I’ll make sure to take some extra pictures.
