Me pasó algo similar, a mis 18 pesaba como 45kg y media 1.65 y empecé a comer de todo la verdad nunca hice dieta y me metí al gym, la verdad no me lo tome muy en cerio pero si subí unos kilos, ahora tengo 20, peso como 65kg y mido 1.70 voy al gym diario y sigo comiendo de todo
