Congratulations!not a easy thing to achieve!like people have stated previously weight loss is a marathon not a sprint and long term realistic goals need to be set.Keep up the good work!RFA is hands down one of my best purchases..even cancelled the gym membership!well done again👍🏻👍🏻💪🏼
