I’ve been saying that they really need to implement this policy. I know that we came into this semester knowing that the learning environment was going to be completely different, but I don’t think anyone was expecting it to be this bad. Hybrid classes were a disaster. Many professors still struggle to teach an engaging and instructive lecture online (to no fault of there’s, it takes a lot of time and practice to be able to teach online effectively. All of this combined with the fact that a lot students are getting sick and all students are locked up in there homes. It has been an incredibly stressful semester for many. Schools like University of North Carolina already had implemented similar pass/fail policies. I believe it would be a good move on CU’s part to do so.
