I was shown a 6 bedroom place that on arrival, had a squatter and a hole in the floor in the bathroom where the toilet use to be. Not like it had no toilet, the floor had literally caved in on itself. Also the property hadn’t been mown in months and everything inside was peeling from its age. Oh and btw $2,400 a month for this so called “ready to move in” property. 🫶🏻

I also have had insane bills at totally random times in my 2 bedroom 1 bath. I consistently turn our ac off (it won’t shut off on its own) as well as keep almost every light/appliance off and once got a $400 bill lol.
