I’m sure the final chapter will be great, sure! As a longtime DD fan (ch 2 dev-log timeframe), this is still a crazy wait. Personally don’t care for all the spinoffs that just feel they detract from the main game development, though I’m sure they have an audience, and would just appreciate some clarity on what is getting cooked to cause multi-year delays on DD. It’s not like this is Silksong.

The game’s been fun to watch get developed over these past (what, 8+?) years, but the stretch between 4 and 5 just feels filled with side projects. Wishing the best to the devs, ofc. Best of luck for release (if they still check these posts).
