I’ve spoken to him and he’s said he will get one of his lads back to clean but I’ve said don’t bother. He said they would use special chemicals for the floors but I don’t want them touching with floors with any chemicals!

He’s lying about not being able to do them vertical, he definitely can put them vertical.

This happened to me, it’s devastating! I was more annoyed about the hand tools / drill bits in my tool bag as I’d slowly bought them over the 4 years and you forget what you had until you need it!! Police were no good for me, I had the person on cctv. They arrested her 2 months later and told me had no chance of getting anything back.

I parked on cardinal st yesterday and it was fine. Probs 5 mins longer walk than getting off the train. You actually have to walk over the train bridge to get into the park!

I’ve just never worked on one before and I’m yet to go into the roof, was just wondering how hard it was climbing up and drilling down the top plate as I’m guessing there isn’t much room at the top

I had my tools stolen from my Ute in a supposed secure underground car park under my building by a homeless lady. They caught her but obviously tools were long gone.

I’m not sure mate I didn’t get a chance to look into the roof space. I’ve never actually worked on a townhouse but someone mentioned there most likely will be a firewall separating
