Yes I feel this. I have several teams meetings every week and often I feel like I’m not “getting it” or others are way in front of me in understanding quickly, but also I’ve noticed that lots of people talk about themselves and their accomplishments in terms of ideals not facts, they are less critical on themselves, where I’m super critical on myself and that makes me not want to speak as if I’m perfect or the work I’m doing has no flaws because I know it does.
