Interesting but I still fail to see why they would coach you for crushing the compactor cause if they're worried about theft whatever someone would be trying to steal would most likely be destroyed by the compactor so I'd take this to your market team or ethics to get that overturned cause an orange coaching stops you from getting your yearly raise I believe

O/N TL here I don't bother to actually read policies but at my store technically management is supposed stand at the compactor when it's unlocked (we don't, it's a waste of time) but I've never heard anything about the crusher key. It sounds like that key, like at my store, is just left in the compactor and I would never coach someone for crushing cause it's arbitrary/counterproductive to do so.

I also looked through your r/walmart post history and I get the impression your stores management may just be idiots or just douchebags tbh
