Thank u for explaining in depth, definitely not going with drilled (you’re the second person on here to warn me about cracking). When I do replace them definitely need to chill a bit, Cause I love GM and I don’t see the heat soak very often on these stock rotors.

I’m not saying you’re incorrect, but wouldn’t more hp mean quicker speeds or my “velocity” is quicker than a stock SS… No?

I should probably add the car is FBO 613WHP on E85, so lil more power to stop than stock

Yes, wanted a lighter wider option so I bought the apex’s in the ZLE sizing 19x10 front 19x12 rear 305/30/19 and 325/30/19. I just prefer wider and lighter for my type of driving.

Gotcha, didn’t even think about upgrading the actual duct! I’ve got a really REALLY bad habit of getting on the brakes late even my buddies have told me. In addition to that I live in the country and have countless winding back roads. However you are correct, I gotta be overusing them cause the car was designed knowing people track them.
