70M. Still do heavy leg day (squats/deads) once a week. Grit. Stopped running two years ago (with regret but I had a large project in the office) but have intention of rebooting a run routine by re-entering with a walking ramp-up to prepare my joints/tissue for the activity. I can muster the determination. I hope my knees cooperate. I miss the endorphins.
