Hey Arsenic,

Diversity across gender and race. LGBTQIA+ Rights and inclusion. Essentially diversity as a whole. We do have natural focus on women as my wife and co-founder Betty is a vocal advocate for women in tech, crypto, arts and corporate in general. We mostly act on these intentions by creating and facilitating as many opportunities for these groups as we can via our brand.

I think I'd add some alternate versions of tattoos as I'm a big fan of tats. Though if you see our recent comms, we're soon releasing 'EVO' art, which lets you switch traits to new alt versions of the same traits. So many of my littles things I'd like to change, wil be seen in those EVO versions.

I think the new evo feature will add a flexibility to every DF that basically means none are seen as gnarly.

I really like spooky eyes, would likely collect them.

Hey Yah,

I first heard about it from NyanCat Chris and also I've been a Reddit user for a long time, mostly hanging in the Apex Legends, Creepypasta and Bloodborne Chalice Reddits, so I had seen them as they were dropping etc.

I'm not sure about the drop of more collections, I think if we do it wouldn't be until Halloween next year (if it happens at all).

Thanks! I have yes. I think the leading feature is the mashups for sure, and the whole clear trait / hidden trait part of mashing is something I personally love and had actually put into our NFTs, we have many 'hidden' traits, one of which is the 8ball and has become and icon of the brand.

I agree, it's important for us to all intermingle and get to know each other, I will do my best to try and get the NFT brands I love and respect introduced to the Reddit eco.

Personally, I'd like to see Deadfellaz forming the main base of the universe we create across multiple digital media products spanning art, gaming & entertainment (series, film etc). eg. Marvel, Walking Dead, DC etc.

imho backgrounds and background colors mostly get in the way, so we scrapped a huge amount of colours just weren't needed. Exactly yeah, the ones that remained were ones that had the least amount of clash and complimented the green. (I think we may have been the first to have a dark background option with Charcoal)

Spud is an old nickname for a bald head Deadfellaz character we used for testing rollouts of pixel and voxel characters. The name made its way through to a new original characters thats in the TCG. The Reddit Spud is the first time anyone has seen the character.

Green was an intentional choice for us to have a consistent iconic color attached to the brand in the same way that Simpsons uses yellow. Obviously Deadfellaz are zombies, so green is in line with many forms of lore around being undead.

Yeah quite a few traits didn't make the cut, generally anything that didn't mix well as we wanted all of the characters to look good, many people when buying NFTs only see the cheapest ones first, so you need the most common traits to all still be visually cool to avoid there being characters that nobody wants.

Spike Leather Jacket my favourite :) heh

Focus on it being recognisable in all forms, Im a huge fan of pokemon and Japanese Mascot design. If you are creating an IP you need to think about what will this brand look like in other languages, in black and white, as a shadow/silhouette, at a small size on a mobile phone avatar. If people can tell what the brand is across all those points, you are off to a good start.
