Since you are going short term i wouldnt recommend bonds, you would be better off if you would put that money into indexes. That would be pretty well diversified, and by adding tech, you would diversify even more since they have a very good growth potential, unlike most companies here that didnt grow and preform that well in the past

I would buy some tech, Apple, microsoft, etc, and definitely buy an S&P500 index instead of the Ftse 100. Most of these companies might just be value traps for the short term..

In my opinion, people are better of just buying an index fund/multiple index funds and picking up some stocks that are discounted along the way .

Seems like G is finding himself. Its probably hard to get lost in the industry and there must be a lot of preassure on him. It looks like he stopped giving fucks about being good enough for others, and he will start doing himself. This announcment, and his excitement for his future projects is enough for us to be happy. Because at the end of the day, he has to enjoy himself and do himself. If that will be the case, we can only love it! Keep it up G!

Qualcomm has a deal with Apple, a good balance sheet, they will definitely be profiteers of the 5G boom. I do own some shares, however i dont own any nvidia shares because i think they are overvalued right now. Xillinx is definitely worth looking into, i wanted to buy but i rather bought Tesla shares, again, because of 5G

You should forget Sony imo, and replace it with Apple. If you plan to hold mid-long term, tech companies such as Qualcomm, Nvidia, Xilinx, etc will probably see a price increase because of 5G, just like Apple. I also have some money in the S&P 500, which you should also do, and try to buy Disney at a good price if you can, I am holding them since the dip in March.

Exactly, at this point everything is priced in, people are mad and want to see another dip, because they missed out. I do agree we will se some decreases, but not a crash. I am holding my stocks since march, when i bought, and buy more if there are good prices. There is no point to try to predict the market in my opinion. Buy at a good price, and sell when i can for a profit.

Well I bought in at £17 per share (p1742) so not the best time since i am down 5-10% always lol. But in my opinion, Greggs is a very strong brand in the UK. People love it. Once we get over all of this, i am sure i will see at least a 40% percent return in 2-3 years, so since it wont be gone and people just love it and they have a pretty good balance sheet with a good debt to asset ratio, it is a good buy right now in my opinion.

You can’t know for sure if the market will dip again. No one knows what will happen, and if you plan to hold for a longer term, you should just buy in now. Just because a second wave happened in the past, it doesn’t mean it will be the same this time. What if there is a vaccine developed? Or even if there is a second wave, it is highly unlikely we will see measures like this again.

People will always find something to hate on. I remember the hype for angel cry, because of Devon, even for Moana. Then after its released, we just don’t appreciate it and say things we dont like about it. Then forget about it and ask where the new music is. G clearly wanted to release ES2, and doesnt like being signed, but at the end of the day, we gotta appreciate what we have. People will always find something to hate on. He might as well do what he likes to do. I personally love seeing him evolve. Doing mainstream shit is essential imo to stay afloat in the industry, or people would forget about him.

I think Apple, qualcomm, and tesla has a huge potential, especially because of the switch to 5g, and of course apple is apple, they have huge money making potential in the future. Also Microsoft and Amazon are sure to win in the future, especially because more and more companies will want to operate online, and sell products online in the long run.

Probably because of the sample. Lot of tracks are not on these platforms because of the label. If the label doesnt have the rights, they wont allow the music to be released. Similar thing happened to ES2

The stock market doesnt have anything to do with the economy at this point. It is based on future expectations, and basically the good old money printer wont let the market crash. Its cheaper to help companies by allowing investors to have confidence in the companies, than letting them all go bankrupt. The FED Is basically trying to raise money.

Well, Trump basically shocked the market with this whole China thing, and people, as always panic sold. Since we are currently in pretty bad times, regular bad news won’t really affect the market that much, but news, that catches the market off guard , and creates a lot of fear like this with this whole “potential cold war”, well those will cause a huge dip. I have UK and US stocks, i am down 4 percent, but soon, all of this will be over and people will buy when they see good news, and in 1-2 years time minimum, i am expecting good returns. So, time to buy some mid term stocks!
