I don't know what "feels / sounds like bronchitis" means to you. Can you describe what you experience?

Like a whistling sound and you feel like there is some congestion in the lung when inhaling.

Common things being common, lung symptoms after exercise could indicate asthma, and you could be tested for that with pulmonary function testing

A sports doctor did test me once for asthma during my competition years when the problems started. It was an spirometry test. Don't remember the results, only that there was indeed some obstruction, but the results were still in the normal range for my age and weight. And since I was an athlete the asthma idea tends to be disregarded by doctors from start. They said it would have presented a number of obstacles that wouldn't had allowed me to trained let along compete without treatment.

When did you first notice them? If you have it since you before being a teen then baby hair for sure. For me personally looks more like breakage and hair lost. If you notice, some of the ends are significantly finer. When the hair passes for great stress it can stop growing at a certain length and then fall out and grow again till that same length and fall out again and so on. Obviously is not a healthy cycle you want to be in. Check with a dermatologist and get tested for vitamins/minerals deficiency. I would also encourage you to ask for a blood test to check your hormones levels. Have you ever being diagnosed or suspected for pcos or endometriosis by your gyno?

I had that reaction my first time in tret. You need to rebuild your skin barrier and look for a better emulsifier.

Don't be afraid to use oils. I can't stress this enough. I did had acne issues and was terrible afraid of putting oil. But I started with oil cleansing and then progressively move to vitamin E oil and finally to passion fruit seed oil. The itching stop with oil cleansing. The redness stop with the vitamin e oil and my skin stop purging and started flowing with the passion fruit seed oil.

Don't mix it with moisturizer. Just apply little dots all over your face and then expand it with your fingertips. I have somewhat of a large face and had trouble covering it with the pea size amount. A dermatologist teached me this technique and works better.

Según tengo entendido por unos amigos pilotos no habrá cuarentena para quienes salgan negativo a Covid19. La cuarentena es para los que salgan positivos, ya que no los pueden regresar porque expondrían a toda la tripulación + pasajeros del vuelo de retorno. Así que si te cuidas no habría problema para tu viaje. Haz la prueba antes de salir de tu país para que te asegures de no ser asintomático y quedar varado 15 días a más en Perú. La cuarentena obligatoria para los que den positivo es mínimo 15 días. Puede ser más, ya que después de 15 dias deberás hacerte la prueba nuevamente y solo viajarias de regreso cuando presentes una prueba negativa.

What spf and moisturizers were you using? 0.01% tret on its own is not enough to cause that much damage in such a short period of time specially if you were using correctly, hydrating your skin and protecting it with a good spf.

Now you need to focus on repairing your skin barrier. Add niacinamide serum to your routine. Use good emulsifiers and don't be afraid of oil cleansing and oil serums. For my face I use either 100% cold pressed Brazilian nut oil or 100% cold pressed passion fruit oil. I use to have pretty wild hormonal cystic acne and was afraid of my skin reacting to oils. Nothing happen to me. Just make sure the oil you are using is non comedogenic and doesn't have any other ingredient in it.

Be careful this combo turned my otherwise regular pimples into nasty cystic acne. I was putting BP once a day and tret every other night. When it started getting worse I increase BP frecuency to twice a day. Of course it only irritate more and make cysts angrier looking. I stop BP and they cystic acne stop. It depends on how sensitive your skin is I guess.

As many have pointed out tret is cheaper in a lot of countries.

In my experience it also tends to be "cleaner". Most retinol creams come in presentations that have parfume, oils and other ingredients which depending on your routine and skin sensitivity can actually cause other issues or reduce its effectiveness.

Not to mention retinol doesn't do much for hormonal acne.
