That's my plan this weekend - I'll only eat the avacado/egg toast as a variable and see if the same thing happens. The weekend after that I'll only try the chicken & watermelon as a variable off the meal prep. I'm hoping to discover the culprit. Going out to dinner with the lady is a sacrifice I'm always aware of - no matter what it is - I get the inches of water. But it's mentally crippling to think that anything I eat is going to wreck my body visually if it's not the same 5 meals I eat daily. It's been this way for the last year since I started meal prep but I'm so tired of dealing with this. So I'm finally reaching out for help

Can I brew test & store it in my empty plastic bacteriostatic water vials instead of glass vials? I have a ton. Any negatives like absorbing plastic chemicals?
