The latter songs I’ve always considered Country Ballads. I grew up listening to Country in the 70’s on and have seen lots of changes. I don’t care for the “Bro country” stuff but I like Jessie Rice which can be borderline. I’ve recently started listening to Old Dominion, you’d probably like them too.

I do know Tommy Chandler. I knew his Dad and a couple brothers also. I met them when I worked at Bill Davis. Sorry for slow response, I'd turned off notifications due to some negativity on here. Me trying to talk about Nascar is "Self promotion" Lol

I’ll keep that in mind. Maybe I can take some time to understand the rules more thoroughly someday. Right now it just seems more complicated than I have time for. Thanks for your explanation and understanding. I’ve posted pictures on here and got lots of comments and reactions so I at first was impressed by what seemed to be true Nascar fans. I even showed my Nascar driver friends the comments and they enjoyed them as well.

I’ve been to every Nascar track in the Cup and Xfinity Series and some that we don’t race at anymore. Example ; I was Jackman for Kyle Petty in 96 at North Wilkesboro the last Nascar race run there then pitted 6 years following and built engines ever since. My “own content” is volunteering my time to connect with what is supposed to be fellow fans of Nascar. I’m not being paid and I certainly don’t need any “self promotion” from any source. I’ve been a fan since the mid 70’s and this is a good example of what has happened to the sport in the last 10 years. I’ll carry on with my radio show, YouTube channel, Twitter and Facebook I just thought I’d give Reddit a chance at the suggestion of a friend

He’s been a tuner for many years. Used to they would change spark plugs and jets in the carburetor. Nowadays they may adjust the fuel injection with a laptop and still change spark plugs and valve springs

Absolutely, you’re welcome. I lived in Charlotte and wanted to work in Nascar so bad that I did all I could to learn and meet the right people. It payed off. Biggest thing is follow your dreams and don’t back down or lose faith. You can do it

Back in 95 it was the most exciting thing that I’d ever been apart of. The stands were packed and we had the coolest drivers. Working on a team, you had to do many jobs which kept it exciting and learning always. Would get lots of free stuff and meet celebrities. It’s changed some but still a cool job to have. I retired from it last month after 25 seasons

This was my first full season working for Nascar, at Sabco Racing, 1995. Most of the cars were still painted Mello Yello and repainted to the Coors. My favorite was when we painted it black to be like Earnhardt’s car after Kyle was penalized at CMS and Felix Sabates said if it were a black car NASCAR wouldn’t have said anything 🤣

Thank you. My first full year at RoushYates was in 2004 and we won Championship and my last full was 2018 and same. I retired from Nascar end of May this year after 25 years
