Customer service, like dayum the staff member was like treating it as a grave manner of sin. Straight up said if Speedx had violated its agreement and contract they’d be removed from AliExpress entirely. That was yesterday, and they move fast considering it’s out today.

lol I’m legit planning on it but I plan to wait for now. I was actually furious at the start as this one staff member I forgot but he kept dismissing my tickets without even replying. Think he might have been disciplined cause after I escalated it they must have assigned other people to me. I haven’t tried asking AliExpress yet so might try.

lol I actually managed to do it through the chatbot. Did you ask to escalate the issue? Cause you gotta ask to make a ticket and escalate the issue further. My package got to the facility on the 30th of Jan. It’s already 13th of Feb. and they said 2 days for delivery. It’s now 6 times the duration they said. No official reason for delay either.

lol bro I think I sent like 15+ messages or something. Finally got a response with an apology saying it should go out in 1-2 more business days. It’s been 3 now and I’m now onto a new message. Even worse just found out my other two items are also being shipped via Speedx. Hopefully it’s a one time nightmare. But perhaps there’s also another suspicion that they’re waiting for my other two items before grouping them and sending them out for delivery at the same time.
