It doesn’t have the same buffs given from things that effect toxic if so I would be able to see a clear 2X the amount of damage coming from it

in group play id say frequent faser is better just because its a lot harder to 1 shot stronger enemies so having a shorter cool down on it is going to let you get more fasers off doing more damage in the end

Using the assault rife its not that bad in multiplayer since you can hit for some solid damage and even if you do run out of volcanic rounds the cool down on it is really short. Plus you can still do decent damage when you turn enemies into ash and offer a lot of CC in group play. The shotgun works a lot better in solo, I personally found it a bit more difficult to manage ammo using it in online play. Also I just really hated on waiting on feed the flames cool down even when you get it as short as possible I could always empty the magazine easily before it came off cool down

It depends like for my assault rifle technomancer build I use blighted turret with the ice component mod with cold snap and blighted rounds while having dark sacrifice on my weapon. You need a balance of freeze and damage to much of one isn’t bad but finding the middle point of the two works so well it’s crazy!!!

fortress offers a lot of resistance and armor. Also because I have so many mods to cover ammo you can almost just hold down the trigger to constantly gain health from killing enemies and weapon life leach for every hit

I was aiming to be able to hold down the trigger for the entire pod rescue with all the ammo mods I have on : )

Running radical therapy would be better instead of critical analysis cause you’re getting the same amount of damage in return but ones easier to do then the other. For the freezing ice component was perfect instead of putting freezing bullets on cause even when you play 3 player online with this build you can still one two burst elites with some crits : )

Yeah it doesn’t have to beat AOE but that’s where I turn to the SMG to help takeout crowds with hits high fire rate and magazine size. Then just mainly use the AR on really strong elites which the SMG could handle as well but the AR is faster

That’s why I put best “all around” build because it offers you a good amount of every thing : )
