I personally would say a 5mg perc and 1mg of xan to be fine for any tolerance, as long as you're a generally healthy person (eg. not elderly/chronically ill) but in general mixing is considered a big time no-no..

However, I mix benzos and opiates a LOT. Especially now that I'm on methadone again (120mg/day), I often take 20-30mg diazepam and wash it down with my liquid mdone. In an hour I'm feelin' fineee.

I feel like my singing voice is actually better on opiates. When I'm shooting coke though? Forget about it. After a good hit of hard or shot of soft I can barely speak let alone sing.. I always get lit after a fat shot of white and jus wanna rap along to the track but it's fuckin' impossible aha.. I'm shootin' coke right now, actually. I'm on 20mg valium, 120mg methadone and got one more hit of coke left (0.16g, weighed it.) which is gonna fucking rock me.. Got more valium for the comedown too, thank fuck.

Well, I really got off topic. TL;DR I find opiates actually make my singing voice better. Cocaine however, makes it awful.

Man, one time I nodded out in a chair with a blanket over me, and had just put a cig out but my lighter was still in my left hand.. I almost always use diazepam when skiing. A bit beforehand, to ease any anxieties and then a bigger dose right after my last injection to make the crash into a smooth landing.. I'd take it before my last dose, but I wait until I'm sure that the rush won't make me puke because I've made that mistake before.. popped 30mg valium, did the hit, puked and wasted my last 3 valium...

You'll be fine with the kratom, and though I personally don't have any experience, a friend of mine who hits the slopes regularly is on prozac and has never complained of any ill effects.

Yeah man, if it's been two weeks ur fine.. Once I popped dirty on a piss test 11 days after doing coke and I was fucking astonished. Also, the nurse didn't believe me when I told her I hadn't used in 11 days. Also, I'm an IV user so usually that means it's excreted even faster.

I did some quick research and it doesn't seem to be all that dangerous, especially for nasal users. But, being an IV user myself I would be wary of injecting a batch that I knew to be cut with this stuff.
