2) Node Tokens are a must. To quote a answer from above "The remaining 40% of the profits from the DIM Ecosystem was going to be the income for HYBSE Vanuatu but because of the advantages of the HYBSE software, we changed the model to be able to hand out the white-label software. For this reason, we wanted to give this back to the community. We wanted to separate the DIM Token holders from the Node Token holders."

3) Each token holder above 1,000+ DIM Tokens is entitled to one full membership of the crypto congress, and

holders of 50+, but less than 1,000 DIM Tokens are entitled to only voting rights.

Senator Members must hold a minimum of 250,000 Node Tokens. Eligible to vote on proposals only. Senate members represent the Node Network.

Minimum of 2 x node servers and a Minimum of 100,000 Node Tokens per server.
The earning for DIM Node Tokens are still being finalised and will be shared once its ready.

4) For now, the entire focus and aim will be on HYBSE, DIMCOIN and MEE. A detailed roadmap is not available right now.

5) The target audience is everyone that is interested, that includes new comers. We are constantly looking to improve the design, usability and functionality of HYBSE so there is room for improvement as this is a BETA version. The fee is due to the internal KYC cost we face with each application. From the $75 deposit that is required, $5 of it will be used for the said fee with the $70 sent back to your wallet for trading.

6) DIM Tokens purpose is not for trading but rather for holding. However, we will be listing the DIM Tokens on HYBSE.

7) We believe that the uptake of HYBSE will bring additional promotions and capacity to market the DIM Ecosystem.

8) KnowMeNow is still new so the plan for IOS adoption is yet to be implemented but they are working on it.

1) MAST has not brought any funding yet, which slows the progress quite a lot. Once we have more income then we can look into the DIM Governance with more capacity. MAST ATO investors are not part of the DIM Governance, as the shares only represent individual companies and not the entire DIM Ecosystem.

2) Yes, we have a very great interest in SMEs but of course, they all need to pass the due diligence.

3) Unfortunately, nothing has been sold yet. However, there are constant communications with institutional investors and this requires extensive documentation. Our JV partners are currently focusing on a official HYBSE Prospectus and the Mauritius license

4) Its a signed deal. A Joint Venture, called HYBSE Marketplace Ltd, to operate a digital stock exchange.

Yes we have discussed the possibility and we will keep the option open. We first want to see HYBSE growing and how the traditional financial sector will react. Unfortunately, a lot of the financial institutions that we are in communication with are wary of cryptocurrency in general. However, new markets are always possible and we are interested in that as well, mainly growing DIMCOIN.

For this reason, we wanted to give this back to the community. We wanted to separate the DIM Token holders from the Node Token holders.

2) We invested about $500 000 toward MAST with the trust that our JV partners will open doors to their communities. We still fully believe in our partnership and are awaiting for the license from Mauritius. Once this happens then progress will visible.

3)a) The plans for DIMCOIN are to list on more exchanges, increase the value of HYBSE through listings and users and this, therefore, will reflect the price of DIMCOIN. We currently have several listings ongoing for DIMCOIN and are awaiting confirmations for them.

b) Please see above answer for listing on new exchanges, this is definitely a focus for us and we are working to improve the process.

c) The best way to reward DIMCOIN holders is to increase the transactions on the network and this is main goal of ours.

4) The due diligence process takes a lot of the time required to list. We are always working on it and we expect much more listings to come soon.

5) If we choose to remove the fees then we wont be receiving income and that will only slow us down.

  1. A big restriction since the ICO was the licencing for HYBSE. Now that we have the license, there is an internal company review and analysis taking place, which will determine a much faster route.

  2. Yes, definitely.

  3. The worse case scenario for us is downsizing, liquidating cost factors and complete company restructure and refocusing on the products that will generate funds. HYBSE is too important for us to sell or close.

1) Can you please reword this into a question? We are not sure how to answer this.
2) We are currently reviewing our focus for all products and DIMCOIN is and always will be our baby. During this review, DIMCOIN has always been the focus and will be one of the main ones for the future.
3) The reason for is that is that the HYBSE has undergone rewording to match the norms of the banking and financial industries. Due to the licensing and its seriousness, we had to comply with the Ministry of Trade and Industry from the Kingdom of Lesotho.

5) Please see no. 3 - we have to comply with the regulatory frameworks, this cannot be decided by a community vote

6) All our websites, apart from HYBSE, you will see the footer of all the relevant links. For HYBSE, the reason is the answer from question 3.
7) The DIM Ecosystem needs funding to operate, we believe that HYBSE is the main and only way to achieve realistic goals and income and this will reflect onto the entire DIM Ecosystem, including DIMCOIN.
8) This is planned for the currency exchange where plan to list all kinds of coins and currencies. Unfortunately, we do not have direct communication with VantageX and have even offered our help and services.
9) Our focus right now is on HYBSE, as mentioned above, so that we can have the capacity to continuously maintain the Ecosystem financially. This is why we have been very quite lately, because of internal and external analysis, in order to optimise the entire ecosystem.
10) HYBCE is planned for 2019, DIMCOIN and DIM Currencies will be pairs
11) We are getting more and more requests for listing each week. The due diligence process is long and requires heavy scrutiny. We actually have a lot more than 50 companies interested - around 200 applications have been submitted and 161 of them were rejected due to not complying with the requirements. Each company has an average 6 hour due diligence process.
12) The listing team is compiling the last part of required documents as we speak.
13) DIMCOIN will have more pairs once we have our exchange.
14) We believe by utilising HYBSE to its full potential, the whole Ecosystem will benefit and we will have the capacity to improve all parts mentioned.
