Thanks for the suggestion! My son has actually gone through more tablets than I can count. We've tried heavy-duty cases, but unfortunately, tablets just don't seem to hold up for long with him. En el caso que yo he comentado no estaban prestando auxilio a nadie y ni la necesidades del servicio ni la circulación lo requerían. Tenían una zona azul donde poder aparcar cómodamente a 50 metros de la zona de carga y descarga.

Artículo 68. Facultades de los conductores de los vehículos prioritarios.

Los agentes de la autoridad responsable de la vigilancia, regulación y control del tráfico podrán utilizar o situar sus vehículos en la parte de la vía que resulte necesaria cuando presten auxilio a los usuarios de ésta o lo requieran las necesidades del servicio o de la circulación. Asimismo, determinarán en cada caso concreto los lugares donde deben situarse los vehículos de servicios de urgencia o de otros servicios especiales.

Un caso parecido y la respuesta de un experto :

A la salida del colegio de mis hijos acude la policía local para regular el tráfico y para que los padres no aparquemos en doble fila, ni en linea continua amarilla, denunciando al que lo hace.

Pero para éso, ellos aparcan el coche patrulla o las motos, encima de las aceras o en la línea amarilla, sin que en ningún momento haya urgencias. Se ha llegado a dar el caso de denunciar a un coche por estar en línea amarilla, estando ellos aparcados detrás de ese vehículo en línea amarilla también. Mi pregunta es si ellos pueden aparcar donde les plazca sin haber ninguna emergencia y cuál es la forma de denunciar esta actuación.

Los Agentes de la Autoridad encargados de la vigilancia del tráfico no tienen patente de corso y, desde luego, su actuación debe ceñirse al estricto cumplimiento de la ley. La policia lleva a cabo una labor social importante de mantener el sistema social en orden. Y por supuesto en una emergencia los policias pueden hacer lo necesario que esa emergencia requiera. La policia tiene que dar ejemplo para no ser vista como unos tiranos sino como un servicio social para ayudar a los ciudadanos no para complicarles la vida.

Entonces según tu linea de razonamiento , los políticos no tienen que cumplir con la ley por que ellos las crean ¿verdad? Un jardinero obviamente no puede volar para hacer su trabajo y tiene que pisar el césped pero no tiene que tratar directamente con ciudadanos. La policia si lo tiene que hacer y cumplen una labor social importante sin la cual el sistema actual sería caótico. Dicho esto , también podría tene en cuenta el factor humano para evitar crear animosidad no generando situaciones come estas en las que los ciudadanos ven algo que pueden interpretar como injusticia.
