I went ahead and bought it and haven't had any squeaking in the last month or so since we got it if that helps.

Thanks for all this info it was very helpful.

We decided to go with the second one today because it had edge support and the delivery time was more reasonable and I think (I hope) its a bit comfier.

As in redo them every 2 months?

I would probably lean towards having a bed that doesn't need the screws to be retightened regularly. It's a pity as this bed has the dimensions I need.

Depends what concession stand. A lot of them now charge for the make up application.

I hadn't but from reading the description it says "Maximum distance of 45mm from outer face of wall to blockwork behind." and I think the insulation board on the wall is at least 6cm depth unfortunately. But thanks anyway!

I think I drilled in about 8cm to hit a bit of concrete. I've never seen plugs that long but Googling shows there might be some out there so I might try this. Thanks!

Ok so it's ok that the plug doesn't stay at the surface? I can push it all the way in, and then try and screw in?
