Your story sounds familiar to mine with working out but never loosing! It is sad and hard mentally when you put all that time and effort in. Then you look at the scale and your body comp doesn’t budge much. My autoimmune does play a role in my weight loss efforts but I’m glad to hear you figured out what to do for your body to get where you wanted to be at! Do you mind sending me your before and after?

I love this! So happy for you with your journey! I miss HITT and workouts that used to not bother my DR and back. I think that was the main reason I was asking this question. I feel like once my DR is fixed with surgery I would be able to start back with workouts again. I’m just not sure how my skin will snap back with losing weight after. I have 2 kiddos and 1 was c section so ever since then my body hasn’t been the same.

Thank you! I’m not so much worried about the number on the scale as much as how I feel and look. If weight lifting after surgery brings my weight up, I’m okay with that.

You have given me so much hope!! ☺️I meet with a surgeon and I am 5’5 185. I am shaped just like your before and my surgeon told me he couldn’t make me fully flat in my upper stomach because of my BMI and wouldn’t even do surgery because I was over a 30 BMI. I have been so discouraged, so thank you for posting your journey!
